About Us

John Kelmanson is the firm's managing partner, and founder of the practice which has now been established for 22 years. He is qualified both as an Accountant and as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. John heads our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery department. During his professional life, he has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience in this field; advising and accepting appointments from fellow professionals, lawyers, the general public and the High Court. He is also responsible for the maintenance of the high standards that the firm has engendered, and ensures that all partners and staff continue to work to maximum efficiency, in order to provide a first-class proactive service.

Costas Avraam is head of our Audit and Accounting department. Costas is a Chartered Accountant who joined the practice after qualifying with KPMG in the Business Services department of their London office. His expertise extends to all facets of accounting, taxation, audit and related compliance work. Costa's expertise in the design and implementation of accounting systems has benefited many of our clients by improving their reporting function and financial controls.

Amilios Costa is head of our Management Accounting and Tax department. Amilios is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG in the Owner Managed Business department of their London office. Amilios' particular expertise is that of reporting partner for corporate clients, with an emphasis on management accounting and reporting systems for UK subsidiaries of larger foreign corporations. He also retains considerable personal and corporate tax expertise and advises clients on Estate and Tax Planning. He is also a member of the Audit Faculty and his expertise extends to accountancy and related compliance work.
