The Kelmanson Partnership has an expanding team of qualified and experienced Managers and Administrators, which is controlled by two specialist partners, John Kelmanson and Elias Paourou, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. All senior staff, both on the corporate and personal insolvency section, have commenced their careers and gained appropriate experience in large City based practices, and we therefore reap the benefit of their high training standards and relevant experience. We continually monitor and maintain this high level of training, and emphasise the need to take on board the frequently changing level of legislative statute, current case law and developments within the industry, by ensuring that our staff attend appropriate professional seminars.

John Kelmanson and Elias Paourou are both registered with the Office of the Official Receiver to undertake appropriate appointments from the High Court, and various nationwide County Courts. Our team coverage is nationwide, and over the years we have engendered co-operative and reciprocal arrangements with other Insolvency Practitioners at various locations, both Domestic and European.
